Listen: Joose – Sunakku

Opening with smooth 70s jams with a vocal track telling us it “smells like money,” Joose drops into a smooth rap over a gorgeous instrumental produced by Marcus Yates. It goes silent a minute in to give us pause before seamlessly beginning again. Sitting at just over two minutes, he leaves us wanting more but happy that we had a taste of what he has to offer. He calls it “sunakku” which is the romanization of the Japanese word for “snack,” and boy, does this song really set that home. The Michigan-based AGO family always kills it with releases and this time is no different.
