Rene Redzepi and the team at Noma have produced a short film that speaks about the recent news that Noma will be closing at the end of 2016 to reopen in a new location, with new menu style and the new idea to build their own farm.
Opened in 2003, Noma is known for its reinvention and interpretation of the Nordic Cuisine. In 2010, 2011, 2012 and 2014, it has been ranked as the Best Restaurant in the World by Restaurant magazine.
