Terms of Service

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing lyfstyl.ca or engaging LYFSTYL's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

Services

LYFSTYL provides AI marketing strategy, consulting, and implementation services. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees for any engagement are set out in a separate proposal or agreement signed by both parties.

Payment Terms

For project-based engagements, payment is 50% upfront and 50% at the midpoint. Monthly retainers are billed on the 1st with net-15 terms. All fees are in USD unless otherwise stated.

Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full payment, you own all deliverables created specifically for your engagement. LYFSTYL retains ownership of our underlying methodologies, frameworks, and pre-existing intellectual property.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to treat as confidential any non-public information shared during an engagement. This obligation survives termination of any agreement.

Limitation of Liability

LYFSTYL's liability for any claim is limited to the total fees paid for the engagement in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

Termination

Either party may terminate an ongoing engagement with 30 days written notice. The minimum term for retainer engagements is 3 months.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
