One of our favorite UK beat makers, Maths Time Joy, released his first single from his upcoming Sanctuary EP, “Cerulean.” The song shimmers with echoes of classic R&B synths and kicks before descending into crooning falsetto vocals. It’s a song made for bedroom sensuality and languidly seducing a lover. “Cerulean” is subtle and restrained, but after numerous plays through, it doesn’t ever disappoint and exudes effortless warmth.
